Upper and lower terminal dentition. Patient with transitional upper wax denture (try-in) to study the ideal teeth position. Treatment goal: Replace natural dentition with full mouth implant prosthesis.

Hopeless teeth on upper arch with uneven bone levels. Lower arch with uneven teeth size. No chewing function.

AFTER

Replaced original periodontal lost dentition with upper and lower all on six implant fixed prosthesis. Restored esthetics and chewing function. The final result was amazing, and patient loved his new smile.

Restored smile with complete upper denture over implants, with lower direct restorations. Lower crowns pending a future partial denture. Patient was extremely happy with final smile. Esthetics returned with improved chewing capacity.
